How We Are Funded

Because we are a private non profit organization we are not eligible for some public funding sources.

In 2007, CEC served over 600 clients:

        303 were new clients

bullet

        275 completed therapy

bullet

        101 were children under 15 years

bullet

        73% of the 600 clients were 150% and below the National Poverty Level

bullet

Counseling is affordable.

In-Kind Donors:  CEC benefited from the contributions of many who gave expertise and hard work (amounting to 2,927 hours of their time in 2007), equipment and supplies (amounting to $57,349.00 in 2007). The list is long, but all deserve our heart-felt THANKS for their generosity!

Presently our staffing pattern is: 2.5 full-time equivalent administrative staff; 10 full- and part-time counselors, 1 counseling intern, and 1 full-time MSC AmeriCorps Volunteer.

Volunteers are recruited to help with many day-to-day duties such as clerical,  maintenance, housekeeping duties, and with special events. Total volunteer hours contributed during 2005 were 2,320 hours.

In January 2008, one vehicle was donated which brought in $1,200 for our services.   Won't you consider donating a vehicle, too?  Call us.
