We welcome our newest Counselor Mark Shortess, MA, LPC.

Mark holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Adams State, and he works with individuals who need help with mental health issues, relationship problems, anger management, and identifying underlying issues which give rise to substance abuse.  He will be working with adolescents and adults at CEC.
