When Are We Open? Our Counselors work days, late afternoons, and some evenings...Mondays through Thursdays. And, Colleen is in the office Mondays through Fridays to talk with you about setting up your first appointment and to answer questions. Counseling sessions are generally 50 to 60 minutes in length (45-50 minutes for children) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. How Do Appointments Get Set? We schedule a time that works well for you. Keeping your regularly scheduled appointment will help you reach you counseling goals. How Does One Get Started? Call us during the daytime, Monday through Friday, and speak with our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Colleen Pahl about your interest in receiving counseling or other kinds of education programs that we offer...#243-9539. Some preliminary information will be requested from you over the phone, followed usually by filling out some paperwork when you set up an initial appointment. At your initial appointment, you and your counselor will decide whether s/he might be able to help you. We usually ask for an initial commitment of six sessions. What About Our Fees? Sliding Scale Fees are based on your household's monthly income and the number of people it supports. We also accept Medicaid, CHP+, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, and various other medical insurance plans. Scholarships may be available for therapeutic and educational groups. We pride ourselves on not turning away families and individuals who have no insurance or otherwise have nowhere else to turn for counseling. Fees are expected to be paid at the time of each session.
