National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)
NIMH is a federal agency for research on mental disorders. NIMH is one of the 27 Institutes and Centers that make up the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Government Mental Health
Mentalhealth.gov is a government source providing information on the basics of mental health, resources for identifying signs and symptoms of mental health disorders, ways to advocate and discuss mental health, and references on where to get help.
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States.
