Credentials: LCSW
Experience:

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience walking alongside youth, adults, couples, and families as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I completed my MSW in 2015 and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Social Work, where I’m focused on deepening my clinical practice and strengthening the systems that support our community’s well‑being.

In therapy, I work from a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based perspective. I draw on cognitive‑behavioral and trauma‑focused approaches, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness in a way that feels conversational and grounded rather than clinical or rigid. My goal is to help people understand the patterns that shape their lives, make sense of painful experiences, and build the kind of emotional regulation and self‑trust that supports lasting change. I try to bring a calm, steady presence to the room so clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported.

I also supervise and mentor developing clinicians, something I care deeply about. Helping new therapists grow their confidence, clinical judgment, and professional identity is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I believe that when clinicians feel supported, the entire community benefits.
