I am a Licensed Social Worker who is deeply committed to supporting individuals and strengthening the wellbeing of our community. I am drawn to this work because I believe access to compassionate, supportive spaces can play an important role in reducing the burden of suicidal thinking. When people are able to process life’s challenges and experience genuine human connection, meaningful healing can occur.
My approach to therapy combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate, client-centered focus. I work with individuals to better understand their experiences, build effective coping skills, and develop tools that support resilience and emotional balance. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they navigate difficult moments.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and bring approximately 18 months of clinical experience in therapeutic settings. In addition, I have more than 13 years of experience in suicide prevention and crisis response, which continues to shape my commitment to thoughtful, responsive care. I am passionate about empowering individuals to cultivate fulfilling, balanced, and enriched lives.
