I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Certified Addiction Counselor with more than a decade of experience helping individuals move toward stability, recovery, and meaningful personal growth. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. My work is grounded in collaboration, respect, and evidence‑based therapeutic practice.
Since 2012, I have worked extensively in residential treatment and outpatient settings primarily dealing with Substance Use Disorders, providing individual therapy and facilitating groups. I center my clinical approach on the belief that every person’s story is unique, and that healing requires individualized support rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all model.
I am committed to client empowerment, practical skill‑building, and helping people navigate the challenges that can get in the way of being their best selves. I creates a therapeutic environment where clients can explore, learn, and develop the tools needed to move through life with resilience and confidence.
I am currently advancing toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. My practice is guided by the belief that when individuals are supported with understanding, effective strategies, and a strong therapeutic partnership, they can create lasting change for themselves and the world around them.
