Title: Development Director
About:

As Development Director, I bring CEC’s story to the funders, donors, and partners who make our work possible. I am a fifth-generation native of Western Colorado and have called Grand Junction home for many years. I first came to CEC in 2015 as Development Coordinator, and I remember being struck by what I found — a place genuinely committed to welcoming anyone burdened by trauma, depression, anxiety, or grief, regardless of insurance or income. Having navigated my own mental health struggles, I couldn’t believe an organization like this existed.

After leaving the Grand Valley for a few years, I stayed connected as an annual donor because I believed too deeply in this work to step away entirely. Returning to staff in 2023 felt less like taking a job and more like coming home.

Before rejoining CEC, I spent a decade in public libraries and worked across a range of nonprofit settings. I hold a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Colorado Mesa University.

I live in Grand Junction with my husband, two dogs, and a cat — plus many beloved houseplants. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the trails, deep in an audiobook, or hanging out with friends and family.
