I’m passionate about walking alongside adults as they navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and hope. As a mom of five, I’ve learned the beauty of holding space—for both chaos and calm—and those experiences have deepened my empathy and patience. My work is grounded in a strengths-based and client-centered approach, integrating Polyvagal Theory and Parts Work to support regulation, healing, and connection. I’m currently pursuing my master’s in social work with a focus on clinical mental health. I support adults through life transitions and challenges, with particular emphasis on nervous system regulation and internal parts work.
