  1. Motivation: Hello! I’m Kristine, and I am so glad you are here. Reaching out for help is not a weakness, it is a tremendous strength. It takes a lot of courage. I am in this line of work because I have lived experience with depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. However, this isn’t about me, it is about you. The reason I tell you this is because I want you to know I can often relate to many of the feelings and experiences that come with mental health challenges. You do not have to go this journey alone.
  2. Experience: Have you heard the saying “With our thoughts we create our world”? I truly believe this. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ego States, Solution Focused Therapy, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reproccesing (EMDR).
