For over 40 years, we’ve been committed to deep-rooted healing through consistent, long-term therapeutic relationships that honor your unique journey.
Real healing takes time, and we’re built for the long haul. Our model focuses on weekly appointments with the same therapist for as long as you need—whether that’s 6 months or 6 years. With no session limits and no eligibility requirements, you can focus entirely on your healing without worrying about artificial timelines or insurance caps. Our approach recognizes that meaningful change happens through consistent, trusted relationships.
Our team of Master’s-level therapists brings decades of combined experience to your care. Our clinical supervisors have extensive expertise, ensuring that even our newer therapists receive exceptional guidance. We maintain high therapist retention, meaning you can count on continuity of care with a therapist who truly knows your story. Our clinicians specialize in evidence-based trauma treatments including EMDR therapy.
Our main location is housed in a beautifully restored historic home with comfortable, private therapy rooms that create the emotional safety needed for deep therapeutic work. We also serve clients at our Orchard Mesa location and offer telehealth when needed. Every detail is designed to help you feel welcomed and safe.
We also extend our care into the community through services at Mutual Aid Partners Distribution and Pathways Family Shelter.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, and offer an income-based sliding payment scale for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Some clients pay as little as $15 per session. We believe financial barriers should never prevent someone from accessing quality mental health care.
Insurances Accepted: UHC, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Cigna, UMR, Medicare, Aetna, Monument Health, Select Health.
Current Rates: $160 for an hour and $170 for an intake
